Details of Condition 7 - detailed drawings of a hard and soft landscaping scheme required by planning permission dated 20/09/2019 [LBS Ref 19/AP/1557] for 'Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 18/AP/1965 granted consent on 31/10/2018 for 'Construction of a three storey and a basement building to provide nine apartments (7 x 2-bed and 2 x 3-bed) with x3 off-street car parking spaces, associated hard and soft landscaping, as well as cycle and refuse storage' to allow for the following changes: 1. Existing vehicular cross over to be retained in its current location; 2. Increase in off-street parking provision from 3 to 4; 3. Minor layout alterations to flats on basement, ground floor and first floors; 4. Alterations to flats 8 & 9 (second floor level) to propose 3-bedroom rather than 2- bedroom units; 5. Reduction in the size of the basement; 6. Alterations to positioning of windows on west, north and south elevations; 7. Reduction in height on east elevation and removal of two windows at 2nd floor level; 8. Alteration to the communal staircase, introduction of fire break out lobbies; 9. Introduction of a lift overrun and additional roof lights to each side elevation'.
