Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission LBS reg no 19/AP/1557 for the variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 18/AP/1965 for the construction of a three storey and basement building to provide nine apartments (7 x 2 bed and 2 x 3 bed) with x3 off-street car parking spaces, associated hard and soft landscaping, as well as cycle and refuse storage' to allow for the following changes: 1. Minor layout alterations to flats and core (staircase, lobby and lift) at basement, ground, first and second floors 2.
