Minor layout alterations to flats on basement, ground floor and first floors; 4. Alterations to flats 8 & 9 (second floor level) to propose 3-bedroom rather than 2-bedroom units; 5. Reduction in the size of the basement; 6. Alterations to positioning of windows on west, north and south elevations; 7. Reduction in height on east elevation and removal of two windows at 2nd floor level; 8. Alteration to the communal staircase, introduction of fire break out lobbies; 9. Introduction of a lift overrun and additional roof lights to each side elevation.
