Amendments to planning permission dated 29th April 2026 (RN 26/01390/FULL) for the Erection of new rear dormer, refurbishment of the existing windows (excluding the ground floor shopfront glazing to No. 6 Kenrick Place) with new painted timber framed double glazed units, replacement of glazed roof lantern with a new metal framed roof lantern, installation of four new condenser units at roof level, installation of timber doors and Juliet balcony railing to front elevation, installation of two rooflights to the west facing pitched roof, installation of frosted manifestation film to a small number of west elevation window panes and installation of access door, safety balustrading and safety access walkway at roof level. NAMELY, to provide updated Environmental Noise Survey and HVAC Plant Noise Impact Analysis' report document with version 4.0 (dated 3rd August 2026). The changes to the report reflect the assessment based on a different window within the lightwell, which the neighbour identified as being a bedroom (previously assumed to be a bathroom). This has resulted in a change to insertion loss requirements for the plant enclosure.
