Amendments to planning permission dated 29th December 2022 (RN:22/07334/FULL) for variation of Conditions 3 and 10 of planning permission dated 16 August 2018 (RN:18/05074/FULL) for temporary removal and storage of the Commissioners' Yard Gate and installation of a temporary vehicular entrance; to extend the period for which the Comissioners' Yard Gate central gate can be temporarily removed and stored. Namely, to amend the wording of condition 3 as follows;The temporary removal and storage of the Commissioners' Yard Gates allowed by this permission can continue until 31 December 2027. After that, the temporary vehicular entrance, including the 'tiger trap' and personnel box, must be removed. You must then re-instatement the original Commisioners' Yard Gates, gate posts and flanking panels and return the entrance and land to its previous condition and use.
