Amendments to planning permission dated 29th November 2022 (RN:22/07412/FULL) for temporary removal and storage of the southern pedestrian gate forming part of Commissioners' Yard Gate and installation of two turnstiles forming a temporary pedestrian entrance, and associated works. Namely, to amend the wording of condition 3 as follows: The temporary removal and storage of the southern pedestrian gates and surrounding Yorkstone pavers allowed by this permission can continue until 31 December 2027. After that, the temporary pedestrian turnstiles and associated ancillary structures must be removed. You must then re-instate the gates and pavers and return the entrance and land to its previous condition and use.
