Variation of condition 1 (Approved plans) of planning permission granted on appeal dated 28 April 2020 (RN: 18/08105/FULL) for redevelopment of land at 36 St Johns Wood Road to provide residential units with extra care services and facilities, landscaping, car and cycle parking, and the redevelopment of 38-44 Lodge Road for a care home and residential units along with landscaping, car and cycle parking. Namely, to allow amendments to the Oak Tree House (East Site) including internal layouts of nursing home (Class C2), internal layouts of residential units (Class C3), provision of eighth floor terrace, on-site loading bay relocated to ground floor, small increase in height of lift overruns and minor facade alterations to reflect these internal changes.
