Amendments to planning permission dated 28th April 2020 (RN 18/08105/FULL) for the redevelopment of land at 36 St John's Wood Road for an extra care facility, ancillary medical and rehabilitation facilities, landscaping, car and cycle parking, and the redevelopment of 38-44 Lodge Road for a care home and residential units along with landscaping, car and cycle parking. NAMELY, to amend wording of conditions. Amend Conditions 3 (CoCP),4 (SEMP), 10 (Piling method statement), 13 (site contamination investigation), 25 (Servicing management plan and car lift management plan), 35 (Tree details) 36 (tree protection), 39 (DSP & CLP) into two phases (to enable west and east parts of the sites to be developed separately); Remove reference to pre-commencement in condition 14 (supplementary acoustic noise report), 15 (Supplementary acoustic report vibration), 18 (Noise assessment), 29 (car park management plan); Amend condition 30 (vehicle ramp) to make reference to east site only.
