Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 08 October 2019 (RN: 19/04962/LBC) which itself varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 08 March 2018 (RN 17/06982/LBC) which itself varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 19 January 2016 (RN 15/08112/LBC) for the excavation of new basement level under footprint of house and garden. Alterations to lower ground floor to form staff flat. Creation of lightwells within garden. Alterations to windows and doors. Internal alterations including the removal and addition of partitions and creation of service riser from RN 15/08112/LBC. Namely, to allow temporary removal and replacement of structural slab to garden terrace above existing lower ground floor kitchen extension, together with its supporting walls within the lower ground floor, to provide access for installation of deep energy piles serving ground source heat pump and improve access for excavation of consented basement. NAMELY, raising of the lower ground floor level of the 1860s kitchen extension and historic kitchen LG7 to match the level of the historic house, internal reordering of rooms to lower ground floor and basement levels, repositioning of fire-escape stair and its connection up to ground floor level and minor modifications to external elevations.
