Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 08 March 2018 (RN 17/06982/LBC) which itself varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 19 January 2017 (RN 15/08112/LBC) for the excavation of new basement level under footprint of house and garden. Alterations to lower ground floor to form staff flat. Creation of lightwells within garden. Alterations to windows and doors. Internal alterations including the removal and addition of partitions and creation of service riser from RN 15/08112/LBC. Namely, to allow temporary removal and replacement of structural slab to garden terrace above existing lower ground floor kitchen extension, together with its supporting walls within the lower ground floor, to provide access for installation of deep energy piles serving ground source heat pump and improve access for excavation of consented basement.
