Amendments to planning permission dated 6 April 2016 (RN 16/00863/FULL) for the Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 30 June 2015 (RN: 14/12373) for demolition of existing buildings behind retained facades fronting Pimlico Road and Bourne Street and redevelopment of the site including excavation to form enlarged basement, mansard roof extension and extensions at rear ground, first and second floor level with terraces at first and second floor level, satellite / antennae and PV panels at main roof level to provide a new building comprising two retail units at basement and ground floor level and six residential units (3 x 1-bed, 1 x 2-bed and 2 x 3-bed) on the three upper floors, namely to amend the wording of Condition 28 to remove reference to the substation in the post-commissioning noise survey and introduce an additional condition (Condition 29) relating to noise from the substation.
