Amendments to planning permission dated 6 April 2016 (RN: 16/00863) for variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 30 June 2015 (RN: 14/12373) for demolition of existing buildings behind retained facades fronting Pimilco Road and Bourne Street and redevelopment of the site including excavation to form enlarged basement, mansard roof extension and extensions at rear ground, first and second floor level with terraces at first and second floor level, satellite / antennae and PV panels at main roof level to provide a new building comprising two retail units at basement and ground floor level and six residential units (3 x 1-bed, 1 x 2-bed and 2 x 3-bed) on the three upper floors; Namely, minor amendments including a reduction of excavation depth at basement level, provision of electricity substation at ground floor level, changes to internal layouts, amendment to the location of rooflights. NAMELY, minor changes including addition of a brick lintel above side entrance door, mechanical ventilation outlets and boiler flues at main roof level and wall lights to rear.
