Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 10th May 2019 (RN 19/02042/LBC), which in itself varied the listed building consent dated 17 January 2019 (RN 18/10368) for installation of new access doors at the Wells Street elevation, replacement of access doors the Wells Mews elevation, provision of a roof terrace and associated extension of the lift shaft, consolidation of roof plant area and internal alterations, NAMELY, minor amendments to new lighting to the front entrance doorways, internal secondary glazing, the addition of a separation wall at ground floor level and addition of signage at the rear entrance at Wells Mews.
