Variation of Conditions 1 and 5, removal of condition 22 of planning permission dated 17 January 2019 (RN: 18/10351), which in itself varied the planning permission dated 5 June 2018 (RN:18/02996/FULL), for use of part ground and lower ground floor levels as office (Class B1), restaurant (Class A3), retail (Class A1) or wholesale showroom (sui generis). Installation of new access doors at the Wells Street elevation, replacement of access doors the Wells Mews elevation, provision of a roof terrace and associated extension of the lift shaft, consolidation of roof plant area and internal alterations. NAMELY; to make further alterations to the front and rear elevations by cladding the pilasters along the principal elevation at ground floor level; installation of a louvred panel above the ground floor fire exit and louvres at the rear elevation, within existing door and window openings; a small handrail at roof level; a lightning protection at roof level and at rear elevation; the lift overrun at roof level finished in lead colour, drawings showing the barrier at roof level.
