The application seeks retrospective planning permission for changes to a listed building which are inclusive of; alterations to the rear elevation of the site, including alterations to the lower ground floor rear extension; alterations to the rear garden area; subtle alterations to the plan form of the site; subtle alterations to the materiality of internal details and finishes of the host building and the addition of new internal fittings. The proposals also seek permission to ensure that the building is inclusive of appropriately styled doors (historically correct four panelled doors) and fenestration (timber framed, single glazed).
