Details of Condition 3 (Prior to works commencing, a product specification (detailing colour, finish and technical qualities) & Condition 4 (Prior to works commencing, a detailed method statement for the replication of historic features in cast stone as indicated in purple in the proposed elevations (drawing no. 4387-DR-110 rev. A), shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The development shall not be carried out otherwise than in accordance with any such approval given. as required by full planning application 25/AP/2185 dated 15/09/2025 for, 'Remediation of the existing insulated render system to comply with current Building Regulations across all elevations.'
