The proposal is for the remediation of the existing insulated render system to bring in line with current Building Regulations. Existing non-compliant render system will be removed and replaced with a compliant render system (Colour and finish to match existing). This includes the removal of existing EPS mouldings that have been utilised to retain existing relief to existing windows and openings. These items will be reinstated as non-combustible cast extrusions that will be finished (colour) to match the proposed render. Existing render system to main entrance soffit will be replaced with a compliant alternative (colour and finish to match existing) as part of remedial works to install fire stopping to existing external walls. This work is to be completed on all elevations.
