Details of Condition 14 (detailed drawings), as required by planning permission 17/AP/3170 dated 04/05/2018 for Redevelopment of the site to provide a part 6 /part 9 storey building (plus basement) with 1835sqm GIA of Class B1 office floorspace and 55 residential units (Class C3) and associated car and cycle parking and landscaping (amended by 19/AP/1201: Non Material Amendments pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/3170 (granted 04/05/2018) for Redevelopment of the site to provide a part 6 /part 9 storey building (plus basement) with 1835sqm GIA of Class B1 office floorspace and 55 residential units (Class C3) and associated car and cycle parking and landscaping. The amendments proposed consist of: Increase to basement footprint and creation of light well; Redesign of ground floor facade and entrance lobbies to co-ordinate with proposed lightwell; Change to residential mix to deliver more 3+ bedroom units; Increase in amount of communal amenity space; Refinement of facade design to co-ordinate with updated internal layouts; and Relocation of substation and commercial refuse store Associated variation to Legal Agreement dated 4th May 2018 to reflect amendments above.)
