Variation of Schedule 2 'Affordable Housing' of the Section 106 Agreement attached to planning permission 17/AP/3170 (as varied by non-material amendments 19/AP/1201 and 21/AP/1421), for: "Redevelopment of the site to provide a part 6 / part 9 storey building (plus basement) with 1835sqm GIA of Class B1 office floorspace and 55 residential units (Class C3) and associated car and cycle parking and landscaping', for the replacement of intermediate units with social rented units". The variation of Schedule 2 sought by this application would enable some or all of the consented intermediate housing units to be transferred to social rent tenure, and for grant funding eligibility to be activated where such a change of tenure occurs.
