Removal of all existing single-glazed timber sash windows on the front elevation and replace with a double-glazed timber sash window set on a like for like basis. uPVC single-glazed windows at the rear and flank of the property of casement will be overhauled with a set of new double-glazed uPVC casement windows. Proposals also look to remove the uPVC door set at ground floor on the flank elevation. All replacement door sets will be with uPVC double-glazed sets, on a like-for-like basis.
