T1 - Walnut Tree T2 - Silver Birch Walnut tree in garden approximately 3 metres from south elevation of house, requires pruning to reduce canopy. Canopy is now in excess of 12 metres (wide and high) and has encroached on building. Excessive shading to this property and neighbouring houses at No. 18 Milton Manor Drive and Knockbrex. Silver Birch growing at approximately 1.5 metres from south east corner of this building, requires removal of side shoots which have encroached on this building. Consulting arborist to ascertain recommended degree of pruning to reduce the canopy of walnut and side branches of silver birch. Some deadwood to be removed also. The walnut must be pruned before autumn. Remarks:
