T1 - Plum (mirabelle) fruit tree. Plum (mirabelle) fruit tree. On extreme eastern boundary in garden of the property and also on the boundary of the conservation area. Reason for felling: 1. Tree too large for its location. 2. Root and trunk growth likely to cause damage to boundary wall (owned by neighbour) 3. Most of the tree grows over two adjoining properties outside the conservation area; in one case impinging on the roof the adjoining house. 4. Both neighbours want the tree removed. 5. Part of the tree (SE side) could be diseased (leaves grow in the spring but soon yellow and fall off). 6. Tree gives too much shade and "dryness" to the garden. Replacement tree - an apple - midway between garden E-W boundaries. Remarks:
