Non Material Amendment to planning permission (ref: 2022/01346/FR3) dated 9 February 2023, for the redevelopment of the site comprising the erection of two buildings (split into Blocks A, B and C) ranging in height from 3 to 7 storeys to deliver 134 residential units (Class C3) together with associated parking, cycle parking, hard and soft landscaping, play space, access, utilities and other associated works, including demolition of the existing substation. Amendments sought to vary Condition 2 (Drawings) to incorporate a new cleaners store between the cycle store and the refuse store at the North West corner of Block C2. The associated changes include the addition of a new external louvred door and minor amendments to landscaping including the introduction of a low level brick retaining wall to accommodate level access to the store.
