Non-Material Amendment to planning permission (ref: 2022/01346/FR3) dated 9 February 2023, for the redevelopment of the site comprising the erection of two buildings (split into Blocks A, B and C) ranging in height from 3 to 7 storeys to deliver 134 residential units (Class C3) together with associated parking, cycle parking, hard and soft landscaping, play space, access, utilities and other associated works, including demolition of the existing substation. Amendments sought to vary Condition 2 (Drawings) for the following works: Introduction of a 2nd stair to Block A through the extension of the stair of Block B. Introduction of railings to roof parapets to provide 1100mm high guarding for maintenance operatives including ladder accesses. Omission of the columns to the internal walkways. Minor changes to windows and doors types together with other minor external alterations and change from 7 x 2 Bed / 4 Person units to 7 x 1 Bed / 2 Person units.
