Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission (ref: 2018/02929/FUL) dated 29 March 2019; relating to the amendment of condition 2 (approved drawings), to merge a total of thirteen residential units to create 2 x three-bed and 2 x four-bed units. The total number of homes delivered in Buildings G and H will reduce by nine from 415 to 406 units. Amendments comprise the amalgamation of: 1 x three-bed and 1 x one-bed on level 6 of Building G3 to create 1 x three-bed duplex unit; 1 x three-bed and 2 x two-bed) on level 20 of Building H1 to create 1 x four-bed unit; 1 x three-bed, 2 x two-bed and 2 x one-bed on level 23 of Building H1 to create 1 x four-bed unit; 1 x three-bed, 1 x two-bed and 1 x one-bed on level 28 of Building H1 to create 1 x three-bed unit.
