Variation of wording of conditions 6 and 12 of planning permission ref: 2017/02746/FUL granted 15th June 2018 for the 'Internal and external alterations and associated refurbishment and ancillary works; creation of additional floorspace by installation of first floor mezzanine and extension of existing basement, to enable conversion of existing premises from a Class B1(c) artist studio use to a Class B1(a) office use'. Proposed amendment is to allow the wording of Condition 6 to read as follows: 'The proposed office use shall only be undertaken on Mondays to Fridays from 6.30am to 11pm and between 7am to 10pm on Saturday and between 8am to 10pm on Sundays, and 9am to 7pm on Bank holidays'; And to allow the wording of Condition 12 to read as follows: 'No lighting, machinery or equipment operated in connection with the office use hereby permitted shall be used outside the hours set by Condition 6 except where such machinery relates to the heating, ventilation or fire safety of the building.'
