Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 2016/00765/VAR dated 29th July 2016 (Previously 2011/01472/COMB) to change the approved basement layout. Amendments include to reduce the total number of spaces from 355 to 341; replace four double garages in the area beneath Block F with a run of regular parking bays; subdivide cycle stores into smaller stores to improve security; replace parallel parking space beneath Block G with a run of motorcycle bays; reduce spaces at the end of the corridor under Block G to one space; ensure provision of 10% accessible parking spaces; ensure 20% active electric charging bays; and changes to the location of parking bays and the size/location of cycle stores throughout.
