Non-material amendments to planning permission reference 24/5480/HSE dated 11/02/25 for 'Conversion of the garage to habitable use, restoring the original 4 leaf vertical panelled doors; Enlarge the ground floor front window as a three light design with lower sills. Single storey rear extension under a flat lead roof with new French doors and side windows with lower sills. Insertion of a French door in the centre of the rear bay window with lower sills to the ground floor windows. Retention of the side hipped roof on the South East side with the unstable chimney stack rebuilt with a narrower lead roof side extension to the rear. Restoration of the retained dormer windows with arched lead roofs. Addition of a low skylight in the flat crown roof concealed by the surrounding ridge tiles. Minor adjustments to the fenestration on the North west Elevation with redundant external drainage pipework removed.' Amendments include, Rebuilding the rear bay; Adjustments to the fenestration on the side elevations; Replacement of the tiling with lead cheeks and roofs of the dormer windows; Replacement soil vent pipes, rainwater downpipes, gutters and fittings; Developed garden layout with bin store, shed, enclosed A/C condenser, pergola, external kitchen
