Retention of the side hipped roof on the South East side with the unstable chimney stack rebuilt with a narrower lead roof side extension to the rear. Restoration of the retained dormer windows with arched lead roofs. Addition of a low skylight in the flat crown roof concealed by the surrounding ridge tiles. Minor adjustments to the fenestration on the North west Elevation with redundant external drainage pipework removed (Amended Description)
