This partial discharge relates only to: the northern Block (Block 12N) and the southern Block (Block 12S) only as shown on plan BXS - M2012 - PRJ002 - A - WCA - DR - 07-P100 - 00 (submitted alongside this application). It does not include cycle parking within the urban areas surrounding the Blocks within the Plot 12 RMA boundary.
