Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to the wording of Condition 2 (terrace screening details), Condition 4 (detailed drawings) and Condition 11 (cycle parking provision) attached to reserved matters approval for Plot 12 (reference 17/6662/RMA, dated 28 February 2018) pursuant to the Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. Proposed amendments change the wording to conditions to allow for the submission of details prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the development, as opposed to prior to the commencement of the development.
