Tradecue mirrors data from English local planning authorities. If you spot something — a date that does not match the council’s portal, a page that will not load, a job type we have classified badly — telling us is the fastest way it gets fixed.
What happens next
- Every message is read by a person.
- Anything that needs a reply gets one, usually within two working days. If you did not leave an email address we cannot reply, but we still act on it.
- Wrong planning data is worth reporting even when the council’s own portal is the one that is wrong — we would rather know and say so on the page than leave you to find out.
