Application for the variation of conditions 1 & 5, and removal of conditions 2 & 3 of appeal planning consent F/2012/1035 (dated 09/01/2014)(Use of land for the stationing of caravans for residential purposes for 2No gypsy pitches together with the formation of additional hard standing and utility/dayrooms ancillary to that use). Condition 1 relates to the use being restricted to being personal and temporary. The varied condition seeks to make the use permanent but remain personal. Condition 2 requires the restoration of the land following either the end of any personal or temporary use. Condition 3 requires the submission and approval of a scheme detailing how the land will be restored. Condition 5 relates to development being in accordance with approved plans. The varied condition seeks to substitute the approved layout with a layout plan which shows some minor amendments.
