37 Southgate Street Winchester Hampshire

(amended)The tree is in a conservation area in Winchester, my client wants to get her neighbours tree reduced as its overhanging her property, is unbalanced due to another tree close by and is quite big for the space it is in. Applying to reduce the Silver Birch tree (T1) by up to 1.5m, cuts would be made to growth points to allow regrowth and keep the tree healthy. Also to raise the canopy by 1m above the wall. The attached photo (photo 1) with lines drawn will show you the rough shape of the tree after it has been reduced, subject to the permission. There is a Maple tree (T2) close by that has a few branches growing into the Silver Birch so applying to reduce those away from it. These are shown and highlighted in photos 2 and 3.
