Removal and alteration of existing modern partitions, finishes, fittings and services where required to facilitate the proposed office layout at 131 - 134 New Bond Street. Installation of lightweight, non-load bearing and reversible solid and glazed partitions. The partitions will remain below the existing modern suspended ceiling and will interface only with modern floor, wall and ceiling finishes. Local alterations to the existing modern suspended ceiling and installation of acoustic insulation within the ceiling void. The insulation will be installed reversibly and without fixing to, loading or otherwise altering the building structure. Refurbishment of the existing toilets and ancillary facilities, together with associated alterations to modern floor and wall finishes, fittings and services. New services will follow existing service routes. Retention and protection of the building's structure and windows. No works are proposed to the external elevations, ground-floor entrance or first-floor ceiling, which were identified by Westminster City Council as surviving areas and items of historic fabric.
