Details of brickwork and leadwork to the new side wing of no.17 pursuant to discharge of Condition 5(a) of planning permission dated 3rd March 2026 (RN: 25/06315/FULL). Brickwork: Imperial Bricks "Weathered Original London Stock", handmade yellow London stock, 215 x 102.5 x 65 mm, to BS EN 771-1:2011, F2, S2. Bedding and pointing mortar NHL 3.5 lime and soft yellow-buff washed building sand at 1:2.5 by volume, no cement. Joints struck flush and brushed back when green. A sample panel has been erected on site against the existing brickwork and is available for inspection. Leadwork: Code 6 rolled lead sheet to BS EN 12588:2006, laid in accordance with BS 6915 and Lead Sheet Training Academy guidance, with patination oil applied on completion. A sample of the welded work is available for inspection. Locations are shown on drawings 2526_300 (upper ground floor and roof plans) and 2526_301 (front and rear elevations), previously submitted under Conditions 14 and 17 and enclosed again unchanged.
