Amendments to planning permission dated 27th March 2024 (RN 23/02226/FULL) for the Variation of condition 1 (Approved plans) of planning permission reference 18/08105/FULL/APP/X5990/W/19/3229842 for the Redevelopment of land at 36 St John's Wood Road to provide residential units with extra care services and facilities, landscaping, car and cycle parking, and the redevelopment of 38-44 Lodge Road for a care home and residential units along with landscaping, car and cycle parking (As amended by two Non-Material Amendments) to allow for minor changes to the consented design and layout of the building known as Oak Tree House (East Site). Variation of conditions 8, 9, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 34, 37 and 38 of the consent to allow the West and East parts of the development to be delivered independently and removal of conditions 11, 30, 31 and 32. NAMELY, changes to fenestration of care home and residential entrance doors, changes to patio doors/window arrangement at levels 7,8; Amendments to Balcony railing and PPC Horizontal Panel Junction; Omission of roof access hatch at Level 8 and omission of roof lights above apartments at roof level; Amendments to 6th floor communal garden railings to avoid clash with windows, with adjustments to associated landscape planters.
