Amendments to planning permission dated 10 March 2025 (RN: 24/06619/FULL) for Reconfiguration and extension of the existing building, including: creation of double height rear courtyard extension, partial lowering of existing basement floor level, new ground floor entrance doors and first floor windows to principal frontages, works to lightwells, re-provision of, and extension to, existing rooftop plantroom, provision of plant equipment and plant screen, installation of a green roof and photovoltaic panels at roof level, provision of end of trip facilities and cycle parking, replacement of all windows, creation of hard and soft landscaping to the building and immediate surrounds.
