Confirmation that planning permission dated 8th November 2017 (RN: 17/03704/FULL) has been lawfully implemented by carrying out a material operation at the site, in accordance with the approved plans and it is lawful to continue with this development for the: Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 29 April 2016 (RN 14/12563/FULL) for the demolition of the rear extension to the building at lower ground, mezzanine, ground and first floor levels and rebuilding to include the creation of a terrace at rear first floor level. Excavation of additional basement levels and installation of plant at main roof and basement level all in association with the use of the property as a single family dwelling (Class C3) from RN 14/12563/FULL. NAMELY, to vary the approved drawings to enable additional excavation at basement levels, installation of photovoltaics at roof level, enlargement of the openings at ground and first floors, to change a window to a door to provide access to the terrace at rear first floor level and to alter the fenestration of the front elevation to the orangery with internal alterations at all floor levels.
