Emilia's Crafted Pasta are a high quality pasta restaurant serving fresh pasta dishes made with 100% natural ingredients. They will occupy the internal premises by way of a lease to the landlord. As a tenant we would like to add al fresco dining in addition to our indoor dining offer and propose the addition of furniture: 30 chairs and 15 tables to the forecourt area between the building demise and public highway for the use of Emilia's Crafted Pasta restaurant to have an outdoor seating area. A boundary to be created for the area with up to 30 planters going all around to separate diners from passers by on the public highway. Total area utilised to be approximately 2.5m x 21m = 52.5m2. Please note that planters will contain live greenery (and not artificial planting) in line with The St Marylebone Society wishes.
