Soho Centre for Health includes at basement level brick vaults to 3no elevations which are access via an open corridor and are outside the external footprint of the building, extending under the public highway. The scope of this project is to undertake various repairs to the vaults to identified defects to ensure they remain in good condition. This includes: Crack repairs to masonry brickwork Brickwork stitching Repair and replacement of steel lintels Replacement of existing concrete lintels A limited number of the vaults are currently part filled with concrete and steelwork, which appear to be previous temporary works undertaken during the lift of the building. As these vaults are no longer accessible to undertake full repair works they will be filled with concrete.
