Namely, amend mix of units, removal of basement, reduction in number of boreholes associated with Ground Source Heat Pumps, amend ground floor entrance arrangements for units 27, 32 and installation of new entrance door for Flat 27, amend the layout of commercial units at ground floor and residential units on first and second Floors (27, 32), external amendments including the reduction in number of roof lights, alterations to the mansard, the bricking up of the side elevation window, the reconfiguration of garage doors and windows at ground floor front elevation.
