Creation of a terrace at eighth floor level'; NAMELY: Replacement of openable windows with non-openable, removal of glass fritting, minor adjustments to entrance canopy corner, incorporation of awnings to Vine Street, revised details to Piccadilly Place stair window, revised details to Piccadilly Place rainscreen, adjustment to shape of Level 8 terrace planter, adjustment to balustrade at Level 8 terrace, and adjustment to PV/Plant layout at roof level.
