Removal of conditions 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 22 of planning permission dated 22 July 2015 (RN:15/03722/FULL) which varied conditions 1, 17 and 21 of planning permission dated 30 June 2015 (RN: 15/00540) and an earlier variation of Conditions 11 and 16 of planning permission dated 16 December 2014 (RN: 14/08659) for: "Use of basement and ground floor of No.10A and Nos. 6-8 Blandford Street as a restaurant (Class A3). Alterations to the shopfront, installation of plant on the rear first floor flat roof and two high level extract ducts on the rear elevation of the property to terminate at main roof level. Use of the private forecourt to the front of the premises for external tables and chairs. (Site includes 10A Blandford Street)". Namely, to remove the restriction on the number of covers to allow for more customers within the unit, to remove the external tables and chairs from the planning application and to remove the condition stipulating timescales for implementation.
