New basement link under Jubilee Walk, including excavation. Public realm works to the north of Trafalgar Square and Jubilee Walk, including new paving, benches, bollards and planting. New window and external alterations to Pigott Education Centre on Orange Street. NAMELY, amendments to alter Jubilee walk handrails; gate panels replacement; replacement fanlight glazing (Whitcomb Street); Carved lettering to stone above Research Centre; and education centre entrance doors upgrades and carved lettering to the stone above main doors.
