NAMELY, Amend mix of units, removal of basement, replacement of ground source heat pumps and boreholes and replacement with air source heat pumps, amend ground floor entrance arrangements for units 27, 32 and installation of new entrance door for Flat 27; Amend the layout of commercial units at ground floor and residential units on First and Second Floors (27, 32), amended cycle storage provision, external amendments including the reduction in number of roof lights, the alterations to the mansard, the bricking up of the side elevation window, the reconfiguration of garage doors and windows at ground floor front elevation.
