Namely, to allow amendments to unit and tenure mix of Blocks A and B; alterations to windows, doors and rooftop PV and plant layout of Block B; provision of external play space and cycle storage; and amendments to the wording of conditions 14 and 15 to require EVCPs on completion of the development and waste and recycling storage to be provided in accordance with the amended plans.
