Alterations to 12A St Vincent Street to enlarge the rear garden for use in connection with the existing HMO accommodation (Sui Generis) and external alterations including replacement of doors, windows, tiles and the installation of a metal rail in place of the existing boundary wall on the St Vincent Street frontage. Installation of a new partially openable shopfront to 14 St Vincent Street, including alteration to the access arrangement NAMELY, minor internal reconfigurations to the HMO.
