Use of roof of podium building as a terrace with associated alterations, NAMELY amendment to core arrangement; adjustment to the plant enclosure at third floor podium level and the tower roof, creation of a clear divide of uses at basement level; reorganisation of car-parking and loss of spaces from 229 to 192; reconfiguration of the basement, adjustments to landscaping configuration to allow fire truck access to the rear of the site and alterations to conditions 43, 44, 46, 47, 55 and 56.
