Amendments to planning permission dated 04 August 2022 (RN 22/02892/FULL) for the Refurbishment of the existing building, minor demolition works associated with internal and external alterations for continued medical use; creation of a new internal link at basement and ground floor level into No. 78 Wimpole Street; new chiller proposed at basement level; enlargement of existing windows to create doors onto existing terrace at first floor; single storey side extension on second floor; external plant at basement and roof level and all other associated works; installation of air conditioning units within lightwell at lower ground floor level on Welbeck Way, at roof level and two air handling units to the rear of the building on roofs at second and third floor levels; and creation of internal openings between Nos.78 and 79 at basement, ground and first floor levels. NAMELY, to amend the size and position of the chiller unit and associated enclosure at lower ground floor level in the lightwell on Welbeck Way to the south of the building and also to remove the metal stair from street and replacement with a metal access ladder.
